Millie was terribly saddened and upset at the news of Dean's death. Nothing the kitchen crew could do managed to cheer her up, though perhaps another day she'd be heartened to see how they'd put aside their differences and all worked together politely in their effort to do so. But for the moment she just couldn't make herself care.
