On her way home from work, Lana saw Isabel sitting outside. She hesitated, then made her way over. "Hey," she said. "I had this really weird dream that you were in."

Lana shrugged. "I've had them since my parents died. Subject changes from time to time, but they're pretty much always there. You get used to them."

Lana nodded. "When things are calm, well, they're still there, but they aren't as intense. But between Jim and Lex..."

She laughed a little ruefully. "They're always better if there's someone else in bed with me - someone I feel safe with - but that's not an option anymore."
