It would have been a very easy mistake to make, upon walking into the Coven at some point that Sam was up front, to assume he'd regressed to a childlike state or some such issue involving juvenile behavior; he was, after all, surrounded by a ridiculous number of stuffed animals.
The reality of it was that he'd gotten carried away with ordering stuffed animals for the babies, and had them delivered to the restaurant.
And now he was making them talk to each other. In different voices, even.
Still, it would've been easy, and probably more fun, to just assume he'd snapped.
In honor of this, today's special was on kid-sized portions of anything on the menu.
