Streets of Milieux, post-power outtage
The police station had been grooving nicely along until the power went out. Then it kept grooving nicely along, just with the addition of flashlights and that weird NPC deputy guy making spooky faces at everyone.
Then someone brought up the possibility of looting.
Which would be why Dean and several other NPC deputies were now out and about in the storm, armed with flares, spare candles, electric lanterns, and a propane stove or two, and dressed in brightly colored police issue raincoats.
Dean would rather be hanging out with his dorm kids making s'mores over candles, but he supposed this was okay, too.
[ooc: Open, should anyone else be out on the streets in the storms. I'll also be tossing him into other public posts to make sure people don't need any extra supplies and be generally good cop-ish.]
