The Park - Thursday Afternoon

After class had finished Sofia decided that it had been a while since she had practised her flying abilities and so she thought that she should go to the park again and practice like she did the last time. She had gotten better with her abilities so she wasn't falling as much as she used to when she first started learning how to control them.

House paused on his walk through the park, a cup of coffee clutched in his hand.

"...are you a nun?" he asked.

"Nun?" Sofia was confused.

[ownerofsteve]

"...Flying nun?" House offered. "What do they teach children these days?"

[heardinthewind]

"Oh," Sofia had a better understanding, "no, I'm a mutant," she said.

[ownerofsteve]

"Well that explains everything," House said. "At least you're not a witch."

[heardinthewind]

"You don't like witches?"

[ownerofsteve]

"We're up to our elbows in them," House said. He restrained from adding a severely dirty comment in addition.

[heardinthewind]

"Oh," Sofia said, "I haven't had a problem with them,"

[ownerofsteve]

"Oh, it's not a problem. I'm just waiting for the naked stone circle dancing," House said.

"Naked stone circle dancing?" Sofia wasn't entirely sure she wanted to know.

[ownerofsteve]

"That's what the cool witches do," House said. "Or so I'm told."

[heardinthewind]

"I've never heard anything like before," Sofia said, not that she really knew anything about it.

[ownerofsteve]

"What do you know about witches?" House asked.

[heardinthewind]

"Not a great deal," Sofia admitted.

[ownerofsteve]

"Me either," House said. "Other than you shouldn't date one."
