The SERF: Sunday Night: 6:00 p.m. Fairy Grotto

Bella had picked Buffy up at 5:30. After a few kisses and whispers they were on their way to the SERF.

Buffy was awestruck. She squeezed Bella's hand and smiled at her, "You are so incredible...just...magical," she said, giggling at her own choice of words. Her eyes lit up to see the fairies flickering around them. She leaned in and kissed Bella's cheek.

Bella turned and kissed her gently. "It's all for you." She said leading her over to the blanket to sit down.

Buffy melted into the kiss. "Thank you. You truly are my star."

Buffy sat down, not letting go of Bella's hand.

Bella entwined her fingers with Buffy's. Opening the picnic basket with her free hand Bella handed her a single lily. "For you."

Buffy felt herself glowing. She took the lily and put it to her nose inhaling its scent. "So beautiful... just like you."

Bella swallowed and smiled at her. "I have food too." She said with a soft laugh. She pulled out bread and cheese. Some fire whiskey and a bottle of deep purple liquid. "Elf made wine." She said showing it to Buffy.

Buffy grinned. "You've thought of everything haven't you."

"I have." She said pouring Buffy a glass of the wine. "I want this to be the perfect night for you."

She smiled peacefully at Bella. "Baby, it already is. Every moment I spend with you is perfect." She sipped the dark liquid.

She felt drunk already and she knew it had nothing to do with the wine.

Bella watched her sip the wine and smiled. Bringing her own glass to her lips she watched Buffy with a slight smile on her lips. "Later we can go back to my room if you'd like."

"There is no place I'd rather be," she said softly and sipped her wine again, loving the taste.

The blue bell fairies fluttered around. The lights around them slowly changing color. "This is like my grotto back home. I liked to play here when I was a child."

Buffy looked up at the perfect beauty around her. "Thank you for creating this for me. Its breathtaking."

The colours, the ambience.. the beautiful woman beside her. Buffy sighed, content.

"Do you want something to eat?" Bella said taking out grapes and stawberries.

Buffy nodded and smiled. "Yes, please."

Bella smiled and tore a piece of bread off for Buffy to try. "And you dip it in this." She said showing her a little plate with olive oil and basil. "Then take a sip of the wine."
