Dante stood outside the store grinning widely. Red, white, and blue banners framed a tasteful "GRAND OPENING" sign.
Nothing too ostentacious, Dante was pleased. He nodded approvingly before moving back inside. The place had been given an over-night face-lift. New shelves, the floors had been given a long overdue buffing and waxing.
The place was shining like a brand new coin. All new potential, a new chance to give some under enthusiastic, and rather unhappy set of teenagers on the road to retail unhappiness. It was always awesome seeing the absolute apathy on their faces. It usually meant they wouldn't fuck you over.
Dante walked around counting stock. He was finished up his order for the week, with luck they'd be here monday, and he'd spend monday stocking and training Lucivar. Nice.
