Dani had spent the last few days holed up in her room doing research on a couple of horses that Davis Farms wanted to buy. She wasn't sure if her father would even welcome her input, but Dani had proven from an early age that she could pick winners.

It hadn't escaped her notice that there were other new people moving into the dorm, so today she left her room and went into the common room to watch television. Hopefully she could find ESPN in time for the thoroughbred racing recap.
