Elwood had his suit jacket draped over the back of a chair, but he still wore the tie, hat, and sunglasses. He had a fan blowing on him, but set low so it didn't interfere with his harmonica that he played, loud and proud.

It wasn't any tune in particular. Just, you know, music.
