Warren looked up when he heard the door open and when he saw Millie, he smiled.

"I am doing well," he said, crossing to her and taking her hand. "How are you?"

She kissed him back. "My goodness," she said. "But in my class it said that Christmas was not until the 25th. Do I have my days confused again?"

"Most people celebrate just Christmas on the 25th," he explained. "But some people start celebrating on the Winter Solstice, the 21st."

She made a little face. "I find it all most confusing. I am afraid I shall have to carry around my notes from class to have any hope of understanding all the strange holidays and traditions. In Series 10 we had only one that I knew of."
