The Park, All Morning and Afternoon, Saturday

Dec 22, 2007 09:41

Ken wanted to die.

He was sitting in the gazebo of the park, in a big chair.

Dressed like Santa, complete with fake beard. His 'ho ho ho's sounded a little snarky, but he was doing his best not to ruin it for the kids.

His shins already told him never to have his own children.

"I hope the little ones aren't giving you too much trouble." Screwtape said in a way that suggested the opposite was true.

"Yeah, yeah. Doing fine," Ken said.

"Oh good, now from this point forward I want you to give each child one of these candy canes and help them unwrap it before you begin discussions about what the child wishes for... you to give them. We can't have any of our darling little children choking on the wrappers now can we?"

And also will increase the possibility that the child will become covered in candy cane slime while sitting on Ken's lap.

"...Yeah, right, got it," Ken said. "No choking the kids, give them candy canes, whatever."

Ken put on the fakest smile ever.

"Ho ho ho," he said.
