MILIEUX STREET FESTIVAL
To benefit the victims of the Carriage House Fire

Up and down the sides of Yellow Brick Road, there are numerous booths and displays for sidewalk sales and food. The festival begins early in the morning, and will last until sunset.

Cassie was around to help out at the Ambrosia stall at various points during the day.

She's happy to dish out butter honey, or just stop and chat if that's what you want.

"Coming up," Cassie said smiling at him. "You're one I haven't seen round here before," she said. "Small town, you start to recognise the faces," she added in explanation as she pulled out the right tub.

Hmm, hadn't thought of that. It could be a problem if I find a project in town...

"No, just got in yesterday. Came for a little fishing but I never could resist a good street fair."

Cassie smiled, rather used to that observation by now. "I'm over from England for school," she said. "Not exactly been here long either."

"I... liked the idea of distance," Cassie said in explanation. It was the closest she could really come to the truth without bringing fallen angels into it. "Anyway, there are no schools quite like this back home."
