Loeil Cache / Saturday Afternoon
Phedre sat behind a locked front door, checking a renovations list. It looked like all her wishes had been fulfilled, at no small expense. It was worth it, she felt, if she was going to be away from her home for so long, that she be comfortable.
She'd expanded the Boys' quarters, and set up an extra bedroom, for her... work. Another room held the supplies she needed for piercing, and Remy's newly aquired tattoo machine.
She remodelled the front area, and the back curtain as well. New paint, and carpeting, with soft chairs and her huge oak desk completing the picture made it almost feel like home.
Almost.
She stood up with a sigh, and hung the new sign in the window.
She would see what would happen.
