As far as Mac could tell, there was really only way to avoid the heat around here, and that was by only venturing out of her apartment at night.

Not that it wasn't humid as hell anyway, even in the evenings. But it was at least mildly better. Very mildly.

She hopped up onto a stool and ordered her drink from Isaac before stopping to watch the little yellow robot. Hopefully it wasn't another one of those 'deceptively cute but with klepto tendencies' robots.
