Millie found a mostly sheltered area of the park back off of one of the running trails and waited there for Logan. She'd left him a handwavy note to tell him where she'd be and hoped he'd actually meet her there.

Millie beamed at him, almost bouncing in her excitement. "Good morning! Oh, I wasn't sure you would come! This is going to be so much fun! Do you think we're far enough away that people won't see us? We can go further off the path if you want."

Now what kind of Nerd went jogging? I ask you. The answer, one who found that he rather enjoyed eluding bullies. Which is why is jogging often resembled the exercises in the Art of the Chase class.

His path may just have taken him quite near the tigers. And he'd always had sharp senses so...
