Today, eventually, Connor managed to drag himself up and out of his room to the library. Only to find that it had been opened without him. He shrugged and came in. He was feeling, slightly more motivated than yesterday. He hoped that would continue to improve.
"I'm not entirely sure," Marie admitted. "But I think that our Aziraphale was somehow switched with an alternate dimension Aziraphale and I need to figure out how to switch them back."
"I thought he was unusually cranky." He looked at the books, fighting the still everpresent urge to give up. How would they ever figure something like this out? Where would they even start? What was the point?
"Hang on." Connor took a piece of paper and a pencil, and listlessly sketched out the symbol he'd seen in the smoke that Phale had blown at him. "Maybe this can help."
