So, you know how sometimes you'll be listening to music, and you get this chill? And it might have something to do with the lyrics, or it might have something to do with the notes, but it makes all the little hairs on your body stand on end, and you can feel something inside you change. It's like, you hear whatever it was, and you understand everything about yourself, everyone you know, everyone you've never met, and the whole universe. Like a shot of understanding straight to the center of your brain.

Just wanted to get that out.

Also: I did 5 loads of laundry today. It took HOURS. Ugh.

Another thing I have been thinking about today is the way some people have reacted to this election. As a supporter of Obama, I couldn't be happier. But all those kids out there making threats that they're gonna "move to Canada"? Seriously?

They're going to try to escape a president that has socialist beliefs by going to a country with some socialist policies? That's a great idea. Have fun with Canada's public health system, idiots.

I go to George Mason University, one of the most diverse universities in the country. We have people from every habitable continent. Every single person that I have talked to that has moved to the US from another country has told me that if they were a citizen, they would have voted for Obama. Every single one.

I don't think Canada wants those people who are threatening to leave the country. Neither does the rest of the world.

ETA: Oh yeah, and I think my BC is giving me weird cravings. Recently I have been craving dill pickles and cottage cheese. I don't even really like those things, at all. Yay birth control for making my body think I'm pregnant and in need of weird nutrients.

At least I don't have the urge to go out and eat clay and cigarette butts.
