I went to the Chris Tomlin concert tonight= AMAZING. What was most amazing was being able to watch the band rehearse and hearing him them play "Billie Jean" and "Man in the Mirror" before the show. He even moonwalked during "Billie Jean." It was so cool to be one of about 30 people in there watching the show go down.
I was there early because my buddy Lisa has the hook up with a promotion company- you hand out flyers for about 2 hours before the show and you get free tickets. So, we handed out flyers promoting other Christian events for a few hours, then got to hear some great music. I always love a show when I know all the songs, and it was quite handy that they had the words on the screen to sing along. It was very cool worshiping God with such a big audience and singing very loudly.
I'm also pumped about my first UT Football game... UT vs. Vandy, this weekend. I'm so ready for some Vol sightings....
