Currently vacationing down here in Tampa, FL with Melanie and Matt. We're having a blast, but I was reminded that I haven't made a post on LJ for 3 months.

I hereby break my silence on LJ, and will post more when I get back to memphis.

ridiculously cold. i mean i know it's january but still, this is southern california. it snowed at tini's house and she's only 50 miles inland and NOT up high. and the night before last it was below freezing and i had someone tell me their garden froze. this is not normal cali weather, even for winter.

that's crazy. Before I left work, the people I used to work with from Riverside said it snow-flurried there.
