I am most probably the last one to see this one, but PoTwarts aka HP recast by tenipuri at http://www.oresama.net just had me laugh tears. (The whole site is cracktastic, check it out.)

Who is friends with Fujione and Ron-ta at PoTwarts, School of Twistcraft and Smashzardry.
Everything, from house names over characters, "tennitch" to creatures is spot on.
I mean, Seishundor was to be expected, Hyouteitherin as well (though I do wonder how its inhabitants deal with all those frogs down in the dungeons. Hmh.). Ravenkai Fuzoku is quite acceptable as well. I would have expected to find SaintRudolpuff instead of Hufflekaku - but then, both Yuuta and Mizuki are differently cast...
I love HarRyoma's Tezu-dad to pieces, though my favourites remain the creatures. Especially Eijiwidgeon...
