Sorry to say little lady, but it seems you've ended up in a place called Purgatorium. As best as anyone knows at least, it's where various souls get dragged to and told to repent, all the while being tormented for the amusement of whatever forces drive this place.

Yeah, it's anything but a vacation- but we've been trying to get by.

But less worrying about that right now- and more focus on making sure you're safe. The best options right now would be either at the Devil's Nest boarding house, and there are a few extra rooms in the building where I and the other members of Celestial Being live.

Well, it's been established here since before I showed up- they're one of the primary organizations that keep the local monster population in check.

I'm a member back home. But we weren't exactly fighting monsters back there.

So I've heard. Here though, there's not much in the way of war going on, so those of us used to fighting have turned our skills to the keeping the dangerous creatures around here in check.
