The problem with having a home gym

we have an eliptical and a weight set in the basement now in front of a tv.  I had great plans to go to the real gym today but by the time I got my ass up it was pretty much too late and peeps were coming for the Heroes.

So, the problem is when you miss going to the gym, you have little excuse... oh dear lord I am tired
