For breakfast, I had a bowl of Special K Red Berries. Yum.
For lunch it was a bean and cheese burrito from Taco Time, a large lemonade, and crustos (fried tortilla like stuff with cinnamon and sugar).
Breaktime at work: chocolate cake and a bite of high sugar, high fat cheesecake
After I got home from work, I had a snack-sized bag of chips. Lays that expired in January. yum?
For dinner I had an entire plate of broccoli and with butter and cheese.
Bedtime snack: approx. 4 1/2 graham crackers and a glass of milk.
So... not the healthiest today. But I made up for it with broccoli? I'll try to do better tomorrow. Just, today was kind of crazy. Perhaps I will go to Quiznos tomorrow, because they're are fairly healthy, and also very delicious.
