What: Re-stocking the lingerie drawer.
Ordering a summer gather dress wasn't the only shopping Milani had done at the Weaverhall.
It was one of the advantages of pretty, flimsy little things. They were quick to stitch up, because there just wasn't that much /fabric/ involved. Just ribbons and little swathes of filmy stuff that hid just enough to make the goods that much more enticing.
She'd burned everything last turn in the wake of Iovniath's flight.
This turn she had a little package of brand new things to re-stock that empty little drawer with.
It was K'del's turnday again and she was thinking pink, dusty rose, barely there. Definitely.
She had no reason /not/ to go show up in his weyr. It was just a question of being discreet and not making a big deal out of it, or any other connection she chose to make.
Tiriana could dig at her all she wanted to. Milani had nothing to be ashamed of.
She slipped the little ... not really an outfit on, checked her reflection, pulled the non-descript tunic and trousers on over the top, then grabbed her little overnight bag. Milani made sure K'del's /other/ turnday present was safe and sound in the bag then she locked the door behind her and headed off to make sure that this turn, she wasn't sitting around being maudlin about last turn's catastrophes.
