Welcome to the first day of the summer hiatus! We have lots of fun things in store, but before we can do any of that, we want everyone to be able to introduce (or re-introduce) themselves so that we can ensure we spend the summer among good friends. For that, we present:

When did you start to ship Jeff/Annie? I accidentally saw a fanvideo on it when I was searching for something else entirely and I actually thought Jeff was the professor or something. And I was all ‘eh, hot people, let’s watch’ (yes, I am shallow like that) AND IT WAS COMMUNITY SO I FELL IN LOVE FOREVER AND EVER.
Favorite episode(s) of Community? Pilot, Debate 109, Romantic Expressionism, Abed’s Uncontrollable Christmas, Cooperative Calligraphy and like a lot more (I’m just really bad at the ‘chooing’ thing).
Favorite character(s)? Annie, I love how she’s off the hot/crazy scale entirely. And that under that adorable surface, there are so many issues, it’s not even funny.
Favorite J/A moment? Romantic Expressionism. That episode was a ship tease for practically all ships (and I bet that was a deliberate attempt at subversion) but the look they shared was so much specialer. Awesome enough to invent words for.
Other ships besides J/A? The best thing about this show is that I can tolerate everyone. (And by tolerate, I mean love to pieces), whether it’s Troy and Abed’s epic bromance or Pierce saying that Annie’s his favorite or Chang being…Chang-y. I’m invested for realz y’all.
Fannish hobbies? (fanvideos, fanfic, iconning, etc) Oh god, don’t even talk about that. I write way too much fic and icon WAY too much when I’m supposed to be doing other things. I’ve both made icons and written fic for this fandom. My life is a constant battle between fandom and RL. Also, fandom mostly wins. Exhibit A: I have my univ finals on right now D:
Other fandoms/ships? Damon/Elena, Damon/Caroline, Derek/Casey, Barney/Anything that walks and some things that don’t, Justin/Alex, Will/Rachel (ikr?), Harry/Hermione, Draco/Hermione. I just ship a lot. A lot more than you would imagine through ‘a lot’.

I love what you said about loving every character. I feel the same way! This is one of the rare shows where every time someone comes on the screen I get excited and can't wait to see what they'll do or say next. Even the background characters like Magnitude and Leonard are lovable.

I know, I love how they've constructed Britta, because she's so selfish and she genuinely wants to do good and it's all messed up, but awesome nonetheless! They've got this ability to take serious issues like racism and religious tensions and just take the sting out! Friends?!

Yes! I used to hate Britta, but now I just love everything about her that makes her... Britta. I have days when I feel just like her... and days when I'm totally Annie, or Jeff, or Shirley or Abed or Troy or even Pierce. Together they make up an incredibly schizophrenic-sounding 24 year old woman. LOL.

Hahaha, I insanely love Magnitude, like they get me invested in characters who come on screen for like THREE minutes in totality. It's crazy and it's far too awesome!

Yeah, and for a hardcore 'shipping' person like me to even appreciate other pairings, it takes a lot. So, the show has to be REALLY well made and get me invested in everyone. I LOVE Jeff/Annie scenes but I never mind if episodes go w/o them because I'm actually interested!
