I love picking the gifs so I'm glad to hear others enjoy them! I usually know exactly which gif I want, the second I read the prompt (obviously I've rewatched way too many times...) but sometimes I just scroll and scroll and scroll, basking in the pretty :)

I thought maybe Abed was working through something related to Rachel, when that turned out to be Annie's character name. Then I thought they were reenacting something from a movie that had main characters named Tom and Rachel. Then I gave up and just enjoyed how JA got to be hot and heavy in an Abed movie - and acting out a scene that didn't parallel/stand in for a real argument after all.

Pierce's "I know him. I was him! He’s not good enough for Annie.” line reminded me of a very similar line from New Girl last week. Intentional or not, at least the rest of this also helped me get lost in what could have been for JA.

After I wrote that, it occurred to me too but I think the parallels between Jeff and Pierce have been drawn many times before on Community. Gotta have hope, we still have a fifth season!
