Luigi Premazzi (1814-1891) - живописец-акварелист; мастер перспективных видов. Окончил Миланскую Академию Художеств. В 1834 прибыл в Санкт-Петербург.

С 1850 работал по заказам императора, членов императорской фамилии и представителей высшей аристократии.
