My friend Kiki is active in the Victoria poly community. I hope you run into her when you're up there; she's really great!

Occasionally I regret putting off LJ entries until I have a chance to upload the associated photos-I left Victoria quite a while ago, and I would've loved to have met your friend. I wonder if oddiofile or his partner know her. Actually, I think I might've heard her mentioned.

Victoria's a lovely town, though. I'm uploading photos of it to flickr right now.

I adore the Seattle area and have never regretted moving here. Been a bit hot this week, but that is reasonably unusual. I love how green the rains keep the area.

I miss my friends from the bay area, but not the climate.

Hope you continue having a grand visit up here. And you are right, transit up here leaves a lot to be desired. Bus service doesn't even run on Sundays in the small town I live in that is within 30 miles of Seattle.

It's the 'unusualness' if it being hot that's part of the reason I couldn't live there. =) But it's a great place.

I'm afraid I don't recognise your username. Did you used to have a different one?

I was once the_tiger. You would have met me at the same time you met ocicat through the rabbits, purplerabbit, uncledark, and airshipjones. ocicat and I are very longtime friends of the rabbits and were participants in their (re-)commitment ceremony back in 2000.

I've been there several times and always liked the feel and vibe of the place. One of my favourite USA cities.

At least two other people (that I know of) on my FList besides you has dated Coe. :) Say hi for me.

Sounds like you're having fun!
