Something about me :)
Ok, this is the first time I post something about me :) I normally don't write about my live ... or show photos of me, but I think I'm going to change that ^^
This post is quite long, so I divided it into to following parts:
the continuation of a discussion about economical pollution. it's the answer for cerulean88 !!! yes that's right ... after about 6 month? I'm finally posting the answer! go

However, I were talking about snow and that you like to see pictures ... I think ^^
Christmas is over and there it hasn’t snowed since last time, not enough to take pictures. It’s kind of sad because I feel like winter is already over. It’s probably going to snow in April! I bet!
Another topic was the environmental pollution and its affect to the economy.
It’s better for a company to go “green” now then later, because it obvious that the customers are going to demand more “green” products in the future. But I think the big problem is the power supply. We need more and more energy and we consume more and more. If we don’t conserve energy we will end up like in Gundam 00 … XD, that’s actually off topic because the energy problem isn’t directly the problem of environmental pollution. Unless we speak about a country, that produce its energy through carbon. However I feel like everything is connected. If the oil prize continuous to rise people will start to change their habits to save money. That change might be enough to change the political course of the nation as well.
About the UN climate change conference. I don’t know the details but I’m happy that all members signed a contract. There aren’t so many countries anymore which don’t want to change their political position about environmental problems. So I think it’s a step forward even if the contract doesn’t have a great impact. It wasn’t like the climate conference in rio desagnero 2004 where the nation discussed the climate change, but the result of this conference was actually nothing.
I think you also wanted to know about the recycle system in my country because in many canton you have to pay for the rubbish or it won’t be collected. The whole system works quite well. Sure there are some asses who don’t want to pay and deposit it somewhere. But that’s rare and the authorities will charge you a penalty if they find out.
There are several disposal stations for cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, batteries, carton, paper, polystyrene etc. Paper and cartons are often collected as well, plastic and glass bottles can be returned to the many supermarket and electronics and batteries can be returned to every electronic shop. They must accept it and recycle it properly because in every electronic product, the recycling fee is included.
You know, our discussion helped me in the TOEFL test. In the Writing part there was a question about environmental problems. First I wasn’t sure if they mean the environmental pollution problems but I wrote about it and only lost 2 points :)
Btw. The Ghibli Classic CD is awesome!
PS, sorry … I forgot that you have exams soon >.< … you don’t have to hurry with the proofreading; I hope it’s interesting at least. And now I posted “the answer” … you really don’t have to hurry … I can wait 6 month as well XD
I wanted to show you something. A song, which warns from environmental pollution and the result if we don’t do anything. I wasn’t sure if you’re interested but the song is interesting, not only for its lyric, but also the background of the song.
Firstly, the song is a rap, sung by a well-know rapper in Switzerland. He raps in French and I think it doesn’t sound that bad, considering that I don’t like rap at all.
Secondly, the song has been promoted by one of the biggest retailer in Switzerland. They have shown it on TV and in cinemas. I think it was an image marketing thing. The slogan of the ad is “For the one and only world we have - for me and for you”
If you think that sounds boring and it doesn’t interest you then you can stop reading now.

Cosmo, an American cat, born in the usa and was brought to Switzerland by my sis who lived there to study. The oldest and slimmest of all my cats. He should be around 8 years old and responds to my calls with a loud mew ^^
He’s very shy with strangers like my friends or the rest of the family (beside my sis). At the beginning when he had to get used to the environment he went missing. After several days we got a call saying that he had been found in a small city about 20 km far away o.O for a cat he’s very dirty. His coat is always covered with sand and dust. Since then (it wasn’t always like that!) he is not allowed in my bed anymore.
Franky, the second usa cat, came along with cosmo and is one year younger. We often call him “the death” since he stare at you like he’s waiting until he can get your soul. He was so soft when he was small ... now with all the hair ... he acts as if he’s mighty. When you don’t do what he wants he will attack your leg! It’s dangerous to pet him because you can’t tell if he likes it or not. Unfortunately he needs to get brush >.< he isn’t home often since he only show up when he’s hungry or when it’s raining
Louise, given to us by a farmer. The little tiger turns into a big fluffy cat who likes to sleep the whole day on my parents bet. Of course they always say the cat needs to get out ... but honestly, Who plays with him on the bed? Who even let him go under the blanket? He is the biggest of all, but not the heaviest (franky is the heaviest).
Mimi, the youngest and only female cat. She’s about 2 years old, fluffy, cute, too active, likes to eat my homework and cables. She’s my favourite because she always welcomes me when I get home and follows me around everywhere. We got her from a friend of the sister of my friend :)
