39 more days until my vacation! I seriously cannot wait.
I've just been extremely exhausted over these last couple of months. It doesn't help that I've got some really difficult children to deal with, but there's also the added stress of the stuff going on with my mother and grandfather, plus the serious lack of sleep I've been getting. I just can't seem to sleep through a night any more. I'll wake up several times throughout the night. Mik keeps banging at the door and meowing. I've noticed if I walk to the bathroom and back, she seems to stop for an hour or so. I wonder if she just thinks we're never coming out of the room. We got Guinness thinking he would settle her down. Unfortunately, it hasn't settled her down at night. I miss the days she used to sleep between us, under the covers. It was adorable :o) I still love her to bits though. But the other night I really wanted to give them both away...
Speaking of Mik & Guinnes, here are some recent pictures of them. Mik's the small gray one with an extra toe. Guinness is the big black and white boy who demands all your attention and loves to dominate Julie's frog (which I find hilarious!).
