Those of us at Kim's Live Journal formally apologize for not posting the anticipated terms and agreements treaty that was schedulded to appear by 2 O'Clock this afternoon. The following is a finalized document of the spoken treaty:
1) The party agrees to post exactly 1 comment per posting on hlyknightx's journal. We felt that 1.4 comments was an unrealistic number and we did not want to promise what we couldn't deliver by agreeing to 2. So, the second party will agree to 1 comment per post and to put an end to his long deliberated strike.
2)The party agrees to go out to buy a new telephone (that she will NOT break) no later than 11pm tonight with the understanding from the second party that said phone will not be ringing at frequent intervals ESP when first party is busy doing homework.
3) The party agrees to go to bed at a decent hour with the exceptions of weekends and holidays. (weekends includes sunday night, for said party does not have classes on monday)
Should there be any need for revisions or amendments, please put in a written request via our comments section. Also, second party will show his agreeance and approval of the above treaty through a comment of review.
