imho, ifirst let me comment on belief. if one doesn't believe in god, then whether or not said god is reincarnated as human has no impact on one's belief in Him. however belief can also be separate from actual existence, since just because someone believes they are abe lincoln doesn't actually make him abe lincoln. (except in his own mind. now hwether or not that has bearing is a whole 'nother kettle of fish)
now if you are talking about (hypothetical of course) actual existence, then, if you consider god as a separate being, and individual source, then another individual's belief has no bearing on His existence. god would exist regardless of belief.
if However, you view god (or spiritual power) as a construct of energy movement, then belief increases the energy movement and therefore increases power. so then, non-belief removes the flow of energy, and thus makes the social rotationpoint not a god.
to conclude, the answer, as always, depends on one's philosophy of god, and the unknowable turning point of whether deity is actually a separate construct, if creator and creation exist in differnt maners, or if universal existence occurs as a singularity...
see you guys in a coupla weeks,
HUGS!!
