Life and a Prayer of Love

Wow... what a crazy day. It's weird... I was so tired this morning, but then I woke up this afternoon when I had to start rushing to get things done on time, and now I'm exhausted again... and I still have work to do. Anyway, I got held up in my Therapy Clinical Lab class today, with class going late and needing to stay to talk to the professor. Which caused me to be in a hury to my job interview... that made me crazy because I had never been there before... I almost got lost too, but I actually figured out where I was and where I was going. I'm quite proud of myself. :-) So, I got to the interview on time (Yay me!), and proceeded to talk to the people for a few minutes. Then they asked me what I was doing tonight and would I be able to stay until 6:30 for training... AAHHH!!! So, I guess I'm hired now.... I'll be working with the Boys and Girls Club at a local elementary school. It's kinda like Big Brother Big Sister, so it should be fun. I'm really excited! And on top of that, my theory professor wants me to be a tutor for his class. so, I could end up with two jobs by next week. Next week is when everything really starts picking up. Clinicals start for real, the Boys and Girls program starts... I'll actually be able to keep myself busy. At this point, I think I'd rather be busy and a little crazy than bored and playing computer games..... I guess I'm just one of those people who has to be busy almost all the time. Yes, I say almost because I like my down-time sometimes too. Well, time for dinner... and homework.

** Mike, I know you're out there somewhere... I love you and I wish I could hear from you and know where you are and how you're doing. I miss you so much already. Just be carefull overthere, know you're loved by me and many others, and come home safe.**

***Update: My prayer was heard. One, maybe two hours after this was written, he finally called. It was so wonderful to hear his voice... I feel so relieved. To whomever is watching over us, thank you for hearing my prayer.***
