There was a period for about two years where I was "car free."  Back in 2009, someone had smashed into my SUV while it was in a parking lot; the vehicle was so old the insurance company declared it totaled.  After thinking about it, I decided that I would try to get by with ZipCar and public transit rather than purchase a new vehicle. My work life has gotten busier and busier since mid-April as I prepared for the London arbitration.  Expert reports were filed in early May, supplemental and joint reports later in the month.  Memorial Day weekend was a blur.  Trial preparations in June zoomed by, and the actual hearing started last week on July 1.  I've been coordinating a group ( Read more... )
