How to Get Them Mad!
I've tried everything to get my swim team girls to get mad and want to make their times. I'm so convinced that one can make state but she is just keeps letting other tell her otherwise. I just need to figure out a way to totally motivate her and keep her going. I'm nervious and more and more each day because I think she has a chance but her mind might get the best of her. I really hope I'm wrong.
I'm going to Olympia this weekend. I'm really excited because I haven't seen or heard from those kids since I was there last April. Just more nervoius about my state bound girls. . . The guys I've been coaching have been awesome too. I've been hvaing lots of fun with them and they're really working hard. i wish i could take their "umph" and put it into the girls.
