Sketch a Day...Day 8
As we enter the second week of art sharing, I thought I'd start with another two parter. Back in 2004, I met Pete Woods in artist alley at SDCC. At the time, he was the regular artist on Robin. This was during that short time that Stephanie was Robin. I knew that Steph wouldn't be in the suit for long, so I asked Pete if he could draw her for me.
When I Picked up the finished piece, he told me that someone had asked him to draw the Tim Drake Robin, but they never picked it up...so he sold that one to me as well. I like the two pieces so much, that I'd like to have him do Dick and Jason in their Robin years as well.
