Now friends locked

At some point, I will go on the academic job market.  In advance of that, and because I think this whole blog thing is starting to feel a bit self indulgent, I'm locking my journal to friends only.  While it's been fun to have a semi-public space to rant or record, the minutiae of my life just don't seem to deserve such attention anymore. And don't get me even started on Twittering, facebook will have to be sufficient for continuing snark.
