ive really become quite negligent in updating this thing haven't i? hmm. i suppose i should be documenting my new north georgia adventure right? it's been weird thus far, i must say. this town is incredibly...uh...boring? well, behind the times? anyway, there's not much here and coming from an area with lots of malls and stores and targets on every corner...this has been a shocker. but, alas, being a poor college student again, i should probably be avoiding places that make me spend money. school is hard. the teachers are interesting. savannah is lovely. but hot. it was 105 the other day. which is just wrong in my opinion. lately it's rained pretty much every day either all day long, or a major thunderstorm. people keep trying to tell me that it never rains here...but i don't buy it. so, that part is annoying. especially since i have to walk a long way to class once i find a parking spot. uhm... my work has been...well....sub-par at this point. im still lacking inspiration me thinks...plus my projects have been somewhat mundane. but next semester promises to be much more exciting. so, i guess i'll stick it out at least another quarter to experience the *real* graduate school design classes. this time is two art history courses and a typography II class. so, it's a real snooze sometimes. oh well. uhm, nothing else interesting to report i guess. i've damaged my knee and am icing it as we speak. doctor appt on wednesday. hoping he says no surgery. other than that...im just cruising along. i promise to do better on updates. no seriously. dammit.
