Let me explain this exercise, you stretch your leg out and bend till the stationary legs knee almost touches the ground. I have always hated this exercise, well let me explain how we did it. We lunged a distance of 30-40 yards, with 35lb weights on our back, after already doing 3 sets of lunges w/ 30lbs in each hand, and squats and such.
I was unable to stand up on the table today, i ended up collapsed beside our sweet sarah. *have you ever wondered why some people have it "sara" and others have it "sarah" i dunnod w/ an H looks more formal to me.
