Newsea Oasis: Simgaroop's alpha + stakeit_uk's retexture

As the title indicates, this is stakeit_uk's recent retexturing of a Newsea mesh, coupled with simgaroop's fantastic alpha-edit. I hope neither of them mind this!
Like simgaroop, I liked this mesh but don't exactly envision my sims living in a wind tunnel. The only difference to their originals is I removed the toddler age for this hair (it looked terrible, Newsea). I also excluded mousey and dishwater because I really don't like those colours. One grey, compressed, binned, familied, mesh included.
