i just ran on the treadmill, oh my god. i haven't run in like 4 months.
so i guess my grandma's (dad's side) tumor that she has had for like 5 years is starting to come out or something, and they need to do surgery, but she won't because she's crazy and thinks it will heal by faith.
and my other grandparents are leaving tomorrow. i will miss them. they rule.
