Doctor adn family...
I'll tackle the hard for me right now. Even though we (my family) knew it was coming our grandmother passed away this evening. As I told my sister "she is in a better place now" and had been reunited with all the loved ones that have went before her. I'll be making the trip back to MN to see the family through this and returning here to GA sometime on SAT. Strange how we all drift apart but a death in the family brings us all back together.
On a different note I had my check up with my doctor last WED. I've been given the ok to return to running. However, there are limitations. I can only run one time per week and not to exceed 2 miles total in that week. That will be the case for one month. Then I'm ok to gradually start getting back to where I was. I was told that as soon as I feel the same trouble I had before to stop with the running for a while.
