this one is very easy to make. I wanted to do this one a few weeks ago, and kept forgetting to make a list that included dijon mustard. Off the bat I felt things were going to come out too sweet, so I added double the dijon mustard. Great idea, it made the chicken alot more flavorful without being too sweet.
The rice is the leftovers from the fish, I need to find a new salad to make...
