Wow, so a week without Bikram Yoga seems like a lifetime. I went back today despite not being 100%. I felt dizzy and weak early, but persevered and was able to do fairly well on some poses I haven't been too strong on. The first 3 parts of Locust pose still kick my ass and I wasn't able to do Camel pose today.
Not my finest work, but I got a "Way to go! You did really well." from Lisa (the instructor and co-owner). That perked me up a bit. The biggest thing is to remember to breathe and to do my best while listening to my body. If I keep this in mind, I can never fail.
