Okay.
So, here I sit, in Scott's living room, watching The Producers with his family. The old version. It's kinda messed up, as in the different parts of the show vary off of each other. Today was fun, Scott and I went to the Wizards Chest, Which is a magic shop in the great 'ol city of Denver. It was cool, but some of the stuff that they had was cheesy. I got some good gifts, including some Bacon Scented airfresheners. Yes, you heard me right, BACON! There was some other cool stuff, like a Christmas Present for my dad, which was a poseable Beethoven Action Figure. I've actually gotten quite a bit of my Christmas and going-on-a-trip shopping done out here. It's cool. OoOoO...I also got the gift for my Secret Santa....it's cool.
What else? We went to Echo Lake the other day, and it is really cool. The elevation made me feel a little crappy. I'm not blaming Scott's driving, cuz he did good, but the windy road might have had a little something to do with it. And we found about getting Anatomically Correct Gingerbread Cookies. Old ladies shouldn't make 3-D Genitals. Enough Said
Becca (sp?) (Scott's sister) had her drivers test today, and passed. w00t! Scott and I went to the mall and walked around all morning to look for stuff/ kill time. We were going to go to some crepe place for lunch, but Mrs. Nelson couldn't find a parking place nearby, so after some arguing into/during/out of Costco, everyone decided to get smoothies. It was good. :)
This week was mighty tiring. I think that it must be the elevation.
O yeah, Colorado = bagels :)
Not a bad thing.
Also, coloradians really like any type of sausage wrapped in a bread-like substance. Case in point, I had a "Bagel Dog" this morning. SO GOOD! It was a hotdog in a long bagel, with cheese, grilled. I would eat about 300 of those!
Also, pretzels and waffels encasing a meat tube. Honestly, it's good.
The trip out here was interesting. There's no ryhym or reason to this post, so deal with it.
We had fun on the way out, but I have decided that Nebraska is the worst place in the world. I hate driving through it. I don't care what you say. I really didn't like drving through all of it, but anywho, the whole trip is a bloody blur. Shawna and Spina rock for driving buddies. I'm excited for CONVENTION!
Also - let's see....we've done a lot of movies and hanging out this week. I don't mind it. It's a good departure from a lot of school work. The only thing I really have to do is to right a paper for Revisions, which blows goats.
Have fun, talk to ya later folks!
