and so it goes
so last week i was searching for something, that found me as i was looking for him. i like it when things like that work out... we watched the oscars last sunday, and then even though he SAID he'd be busy this week... i never really paid it much attention. when thursday came i was wondering what was up. i figured that he didn't think we clicked as much as i thought we did... but i emailed him, and he reassured me that wasn't the case, just that he's been busy,a nd this weekend was going to be even busier. i figured that was acceptable, but in the back of my head i was thinking, who is really THAT busy... the weekend came and i did my own family thing friday night and saturday. sunday i went to reflections to read more of my David Sedaris book... more on books, and reading them in public, the last book i read, LOVE YOU, MEAN IT, made me cry, almost on the verge of hysterics in the middle of the tea shop, and now this book, it made my laugh out loud, if people ever paid me any attention, they'd think that i was mental... sunday night i got a phone call, from him, asking if he could come over, cause he's always wanted to see what this place looks like from the inside. We cuddled on the couch through desperate housewives and brothers and sisters. he's very good at cuddling...
I practice the power of positive thinking, and think that Merrill's a great guy, but i'm wondering if there really is a connection missing? we shall see. there's a Hi-Tini tonight for Aids Care Ocean State, and we're both going to be there. hmm...
