I forgot exactly what it was this morning but something along the lines of 245 and 18.X%
I thought I did good over this weekend. I did not eat very much until Sunday and I used the rollers twice for 25+ both times.
If I don't show some real progress this week I might get discouraged... so that means I have to do some hard work and make progress. Sounds good to me.
