4 x 40s side planks (1 45s)
4 x 60s rear decline plank
indoor
I still think indoor is the best exercise I get on a weekly basis. The only pain is the drive.
Tonight I need to do:
pushups
leglifts
front & lateral raises
supermans
side bends? or lying twist? maybe
20-30 minutes on the rollers (f'real!)
