Things I did yesterday:
4x20 pushups
4x30 leglifts
4x30 bird-dogs
4x20 superman/deadfish
4x15 front & lateral raises (each)
4x15 (each side) side bends
~15 minutes on the rollers
I really have to fix my odometer so I can have some information about how long and how far I'm on the rollers. I also should probably up the length I spend on them significantly.
Tonight:
planks
side planks
rear incline plank
rear decline plank
Let's say 3x40 seconds of each. Then I have indoor later, if I don't fall asleep of course.
