Review at work
Had a surprise visitor at work today. Came in to file a report on some junk needle I'd found and as I sat down to right it my account manager walks in. I was slightly confused but I figured it was due time for a visit since my 90 days are up and I it is review time!
So today was part one, the self evaluation. I fucking hate self evaluations. I don't like to grade myself on random crap so I put basicly on par with everything. They don't want 5's cause they say that is like fantasticly amazing compaired to their already lofty expectations or whatnot. So I filled in 3's which was up to code basicly. I don't think it matters what I say really, from what he tells me my raise is pretty well the usual 3% that everyone in the world, other than the BCTF, gets.
So I'll be making $12 extra dollars a week. Weeeeee!
I guess I'll save the extra 20 bucks in savings so i can move out 3% faster. Speaking of, I need a damned roomie. Why is nobody available, this is getting annoying. Living by myself is too expensive, and boring. I'd like to get out of here as fast as I can. Probably after the holidays, and I'd want to live in the better part of Surrey or New West... most preferably Surrey, cause it is cheaper and the area I look in isn't like the reputation Surrey has.
